Drake has found himself caught up in a legal woe as producer Detail, who famously worked on the Toronto rapper’s 2013 album Nothing Was The Same, has filed a lawsuit against him alleging that he had him beaten. According to TMZ, the producer’s lawsuit states that he was invited to come to Drake’s Calabasas home in June 2014 and upon his arrival, he claims to have been attacked by Drizzy associate Chubbs, who he alleges broke his jaw in the incident.
The producer believes that the attack was prompted by him declining to be an exclusive producer for Drake. Detail says that while being attacked, Chubbs shouted at him: “I will beat all your asses, including your bitches. I don’t give a f**k. I will hit you again. Do you think Drake is soft? You think Drake’s a punk?”
